5 Places to Eat in Coron
Looking for places to eat in Coron, Busuanga? Here’s a list of my top 5 picks ^_^
1. KT Sugba sa Balay
I highly recommend this place, hands down everything we ordered was definitely delicious enough that we had to order another round. Though at first glance you might think that this place is not so impressive but once you taste their dishes you would definitely not regret dining here.
Must Try: Seafood meegoreng and grilled squid
Price Range: Php 130.00 – 320.00
2. Wild Fern Bar and Restaurant
A chill place for dinner and after dinner drinks.
After all the activites and exploring we did during the day, we wanted to have a chill night and this place was a great place to have such. We enjoyed our meal and stayed till late talking, Rachael was even kind enough to share to us how their family started the business and even gave us welcome drinks!
While you are there make sure to try their version of the fresh lumpia and know why they have a different take in making it.
Must Try: Fresh Lumpia
Price Range: Php 130.00 – 450.00
3. Brujita Bar and Resturant
A quaint restaurant serving vegetarian, international and local cuisine.
The owners even prepare the meals themselves, though it takes time especially during peak hours it is still a place worth visiting.
Must Try: Bistek (Sliced beef in Soy Sauce)
Price Range: Php 110.00 – 260.00
4. Lolo Nonoy’s Food Station
The go to food place in Coron.
Practially if you ask anyone in town where to eat this would probably be one of the places they’ll recommend. It is known for a fact that they serve mouth watering filipino dishes at an affordable price, though it can get crowdy especially during peak meal times so be sure to go early (especially if you are hungry).
Must Try: Pork BBQ
Price Range: Php 100.00 – 450.00
5. Pedro’s Gelato
As they say “there’s always room for dessert”
After dinner head on to Pedro’s Gelato and have a scoop or two of their famous gelato. Glad to have met the owners themselves. It was nice to hear first hand their story of how they fell in love with the island and eventually moved to Coron and started the business.
